工作职责:
1 制定采购跟单进度控制制度,并监督制度的执行情况
2 依据物料需求计划,及时下达采购订单
3 采购异常、退、换货、补偿事宜的处理、订单交期的管理和跟踪,保证供应商订单的执行情况
4 与仓储部、生产部进行有效沟通,明确采购需求与库存情况;负责向PMC及时、准确提供各项数据和信息反馈
5 掌握采购合同或订单的执行情况,了解物资运输情况,与物流、关务保持沟通、指导催、收货工作
6 审核紧急采购申请,跟踪其执行情况
7 参与供应商的评估工作,定期分析并上报采购作业的执行情况
8 指导、监督、考核采购跟单员的工作
9 对账、申请付款、文件归档
任职要求:
1、半导体,电子行业PMC工作背景3年以上;
2、熟悉整个采购供应链订单交付流程,确保物资供应及时;
3、有条理,思路清晰。

5、商务文件和技术文件的校队,整理,修改(中泰双语或中英双语);

7、商务流程的后勤工作,客户来访接待
任职资格
1、泰国国籍华裔或泰国华侨,具备中泰双语沟通能力,有英语沟通能力优先,具有一定文笔基础;
2、具备相关项目拓展、销售工作经验两年以上,独立完成过项目立项或产品订单销售;
3、营销相关专业,大专学历,沟通能力强;
4、工作灵活主动、悟性高、责任心强;
5、熟悉办公软件world、Excel、PPT等,有工程经验能看ACAD图纸优先。

Role Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze solar business information, identify, and solicit potential customers; engage in promotional activities to enhance the Company’s image and products in the industry.
- Negotiate Sales Contracts with customers in accordance with Company’s policies.
- Attend solar industry trade shows in search of new clients as required by Company.
- Achieve monthly and/or yearly sales targets as required by Company.
- Facilitate sales of the Goods and perform after-sales services with customers as required by Company.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Solar Sales, prefer to have Utility experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expand and support partnerships and cooperation for Runergy
- Develop trusted relationships with existing and potential customers

- Proven and consistent track record of new business development
- Competency in office software tools
